Includes information about LeBlanc’s involvement in local tourism organizations and projects, in promoting events such as the Marquis de Lafayette Bicentennial and the Louisiana Purchase Bicentennial, and the creation of his website: http://centralacadianatourism.com. He operated this website under the title of “L’Ambassadeur des Monde des Cadiens.” This website contained information about Cajun history, heritage, Acadian names, Cajun Zodiac, and famous Cajun descendants.
