Scope and Contents
Corps of Engineers Aerial Photographs were made primarily to update water/land boundaries and related data on quadrangle charts. Not all areas of the state have been covered. These photographs come from several repositories from the state, including University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette), Louisiana State University, New Orleans Public Library, Northwestern State University, Louisiana State Library, and LSU-Shreveport.
This collection is arranged alphabetically by city/town. For map index and computerized indexes, please contact a Special Collections staff member.
