Biographical / Historical
Ernest Lee Crochet was a native and lifelong resident of Loreauville, Louisiana. His parents were Dosilva and Annette Broussard Crochet. He joined the U.S. Army and served in WWII and the Korean War. After his release from the military, he worked for many years as a surveyor for C.H. Fenstermaker. He died at the age of 90. He is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery, Loreauville, Louisiana.
