Biographical / Historical
Marie Stella Roy Soulier was born near Broussard, Louisiana on 15 March 1891, the daughter of Joseph Arthur Roy and Cornelia Bailey Roy. She married Emile Edward Soulier on 14 October 1914. They had three children: Emilie E., Jr., Arthur Roy, and Stella M. Mrs. Soulier died on July 1972 and was buried in St. John Cemetery.
