Lucas Adolphe LeBlanc was born in July 1843. He was the son of Rosemond and Olivia Langlinais LeBlanc. He married Olivia Blanchet and had four children. He died January 12, 1931 and is buried at Saint Anne Cemetery, Youngsville, Louisiana.
