Letters from 1972 to 1979 primarily relate to Mary Alice Fontenot and Rev. Paul Freeland’s research for Acadia Parish: A History to 1900. The letters 1980-2004 relate to Fontenot’s Clovis Crawfish series and are from her publishers, illustrators, etc. (Some folders contain publishing contracts and copyright registration). There are also some personal letters, cards, etc. There are photographs scattered throughout this series.
