Scope and Contents

This collection contains materials related to the Flora Levy Lecture Series, including photographs, correspondence, articles, advertisements, and posters. Miscellaneous materials include photographs from the Levy and duQuesnay families, negatives, cassette tapes, DVDs, and books.

The bulk of the materials in this collection were donated by Dr. Maurice W. duQuesnay on February 19, 1999, with additional materials added later on.

Scope and Contents The records of the Jewish Temples contain constitutions and by-laws, minutes, financial records, correspondence, newsletters, photographs, clippings, programs, and miscellaneous materials. The bulk of the records are from Temple Rodeph Sholom and Temple Shalom, with a smaller group from Yeshurun Synagogue. Scope and Contents Abrom Kaplan kept extensive records of any business transactions that he conducted or was a part of. This collection consists of diaries, correspondence, financial records, ledgers, letterpress books, microfilm, notebooks, and other miscellaneous materials as well. The bulk of the material in this collection is dated from around 1908 through the 1930s.
