Series include Conveyances, Marriage Records, Probates and Successions, and miscellaneous records. Most series end in the 1880s, except the Marriage Records, which continue through 1916. The collection contains the association's records which consist of annual reports, minutes/agenda, subject files, photographs, and (dated and undated) newspaper clippings. Due to the fact that some of the undated clippings were found with the dated clippings, an approximation of the years was made.
