The index may or may not be the index to the daybook in this collection, as a small sample of names and numbers could not be cross-referenced.

The collection contains the association's records which consist of annual reports, minutes/agenda, subject files, photographs, and (dated and undated) newspaper clippings. Due to the fact that some of the undated clippings were found with the dated clippings, an approximation of the years was made.
