Arnaud-Edwards, Seola (1913-1977). Collection, 1950s-1960s, 1999
This collection consists of all the negatives, positive prints, and identification of each photograph. A copy of the finished product is also included in this collection.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard (Seola) Edwards of The Woodlands, Texas donated the collection, which was delivered by Dr. Florent Hardy of the Louisiana State Archives.
Hanemann, Louis (1870–1935). Photographs, 1895–1910
Photographs of New Orleans area at the turn of the century taken by a Tulane University medical student. These are photographs of unidentified people, houses, street scenes, etc. There are also pictures of a military camp at the Fairgrounds during the Spanish-American war. Donated by Louis Hanneman in 1981.
Monteleone, Lionel John “Sonny” (1947-2023). Photograph Collection
The collection comprises about 400 photograph prints, art works, greeting cards, and displays in various sizes and formats from the 1970s to the present. Some images are matted or on canvass. Many of the items are untitled or undated. Three large format items (one photograph and two art works on canvass) were separated to the archive stacks art wall.
Southwell, Owen J. (1892-1961). Papers, 1913-1961, n.d.
This collection contains and extensive gathering of Southwell’s designs for homes, churches, and public buildings. Also included are general and financial records, correspondence, photographs, working files arranged by subject and title. In addition, there are drawings, sketches, and blueprints of houses/buildings he designed.
