This collection contains copies of news clippings, a Civil War discharge certificate, notes on the Civil War Jayhawkers, and the diary of H.N. Connor. Sergeant Connor’s diary contains illustrative accounts of the battles and the extreme conditions he and other soldiers endured.

Contains the diary of Huey P. Darby, a swamp pop musician with the bands Randy & The Rockets and Rod Bernard & The Twisters from September 1961 to March 1965.
