This collection includes personal and business correspondence for both families, photographs, and other miscellaneous materials. Labauve business papers include business correspondence, financial records, publications, etc. The collection also includes financial records of Alice Labauve (1890-1966), 1955 – 1963.
Lafayette Boat Club (Lafayette, LA). Collection, 1956-2016
This collection contains photograph albums documenting the history of the Lafayette Boat Club from its inception up until the 60th Anniversary in 2016. Also included are newspaper clippings and photographs.
Donated by Marlene and Carrol Credeur, two of the first members and early organizers of the Lafayette Boat Club.

The 11 photographs included in this collection were likely copied as part of Martin’s research for the book’s publication. The photographs that have been identified depict life in late 19th/early 20th century Lafayette, LA.
Montegut, Elvina H. (1863-1956). Papers, 1888-1930, n.d.
This collection contains mainly letters in French to Elvina Montegut of LaPlace, Louisiana. They date especially in 1911, 1915, and 1928. There are also many unidentified family photographs.
Part of the collection was donated to John Robert Moore of the History Department by Rita Davis. Dr. Moore sent the materials to UAAMC. There was also another box of letters with no indication concerning donor. The collection includes a number of holiday post cards.
