Scope and Contents

This collection consists of her working files and personal files. Included are her writings for the Advertiser’s Sunday Real Estate section, and other Louisiana writings on topics such as Mardi Gras, Lafayette, Louisiana material, etc. Her working files are organized by subject and then alphabetically. This collection also included a large collection of personal photographs.

Scope and Contents The Mardi Gras Collection contains materials derived from various sources, with information primarily on two organizations: the Lafayette Town House-Order of Troubadours and the Southwest Louisiana Mardi Gras Association. There are pageant programs for both organizations. Other items of the Order of Troubadours include notebooks containing publicity, pageant scripts, invitations, and photographs.
