Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection has three parts. The first twelve reels contain the records of the Diocese of Louisiana and the Floridas, 1576-1803. The records were microfilmed by the University of Notre Dame (where the originals are housed) in 1967 through a grant from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.
