This collection also contains (2) reels of microfilm of scrapbooks dated 1948-1975. The scrapbooks contain newspaper articles and miscellaneous publicity. There are also copies of an interview of Margaret T. Lane on cassette tapes.

This collection consists photocopied pages of a copybook of C.H. Mouton’s correspondence from the 1850s to the 1880s. Also included is a record book of financial transactions which contains a copy of a ledger from 1870s.

This collection consists of the files of Orther C. Mouton and Conrad Debaillon, lawyers of Lafayette, Louisiana. It includes successions and judgements from the 1910s through the 1920s. These are arranged numerically.

This collection contains files of Perrin’s correspondence with foreign governments, testimonies from Acadian descendants, numerous speeches and newspaper articles, and the Official Proclamation by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth of England recognizing the injustice done to the French Neutrals (The Acadians) in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia from 1755 through 1763, commonly known as the Grand Dérangement.

Also included are correspondence, reports, publications, clippings, and court orders. This collection is arranged alphabetically by parish within Louisiana, and then by other state.

This collections contains mainly documents related to law practice of François Richard, fils, in St. Landry Parish and to legal matters involving the Richard family. Of special interest is a contract between a former enslaver and freedmen executed on 16 August 1865.
