This collection consists of copies of her research, writings, and lessons. Such topics include Louisiana history, women, and Cajun culture. Languages of the materials include English, French, and Spanish.

This collection contains the first edition of Audio-Tribune, a reading of the second edition of la Tribune des francophones. La Tribune des francophones is also available in print in the Louisiana Room [Call Number LaRm PC 3680.U7L8]. A digital copy of this recording is also available in Special Collections.

This collection contains Dr. Brandon’s working and personal papers. A large portion of the papers include written notes, in both English and French, on Louisiana history, people, cultures, folksongs, and dances. Many of these notes contain sources that she utilized for her research. Additional series include materials on linguistics and education, correspondence, publications from Dr. Brandon and other colleagues, and notecards listed in alphabetical order containing useful resources.

This collection consists of note cards with bibliographic information. They are handwritten in French.

This collection consists of mostly CODOFIL Office Records, which includes correspondence, meeting agendas, photographs, press releases, news clippings, reports, etc. There are scrapbooks that contain photographs and newspaper clippings from 1966 thru 2001. These are also photographs of the 25th anniversary of CODOFIL and scholarship applications from 1990-2005.
