Also included are newspaper clipping, magazines articles about Berard and UNIFAB, and letters to Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Frances Love donated the collection.

Throughout much of the company’s existence, a monthly newsletter called ODECO Soundings was released to highlight the activities and accomplishments of ODECO. This collection contains issues of the newsletter from 1969 to 1991.

The Yount-Lee Oil Company was founded in 1914. It was the successor to the Yount-Rothwell Oil Company, which was formed earlier by Miles Franklin Young and Talbot Frederick Rothwell. It was part of the Texas Oil Boom Period. Donated by Fred McKinley.
